In 2016, Tove and Dag Stian Risanger founded Jåblom Bakst in their home on Jåblomvegen. Our story began with a small bakery in the basement.

A cupcake truck followed in 2017. In 2019, we found a permanent home in the heart of Haugesund: Cupcakehuset, or “The Cupcake House”.

​Every cupcake is freshly baked upstairs on the second floor. In 2026, ten years after we began, we are celebrating a new chapter under the name Cupcakehuset.
